Supporting your

people

through change.

When organisational change is unavoidable, how you support the people leaving says everything about the kind of employer you are. We give your employees the expert guidance, practical tools, and personal confidence to take their next step with dignity and momentum.

FOR YOUR ORGANISATION

Your duty of care
doesn't end with
the notice period.

Redundancy is one of the most challenging processes any organisation can face. Done well, it protects your people, preserves your reputation, and demonstrates the values you stand behind when it matters most.

Outplacement support is recognised best practice and, in many sectors, an expectation. Organisations that invest in helping their departing employees move forward successfully see real, tangible benefits.

“How you treat people on the way out defines how people feel about working for you on the way in.”

Smoother transitions

Employees leave the process with clarity, direction and a plan -reducing the disruption that uncertainty creates for everyone.

Reduced disputes

Demonstrating genuine care for departing employees is one of the most effective ways to reduce the risk of employment disputes.

Stronger retained team morale

The colleagues who remain watch how you treat the people who leave. Outplacement support sends a clear message about your values.

Employer reputation

Your reputation as a place where people are genuinely valued is one of your most important recruitment assets. Protect it.

Real outcomes for real people

Your employees leave with expert-written documents, practical skills, and the confidence to go after what comes next with pace and purpose.

FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES

You have more to offer
than you think.

Facing redundancy is one of the most unsettling professional experiences there is. Even the most confident, experienced people can find it hard to articulate their value when their circumstances have changed unexpectedly.

CV Collective's outplacement support is designed to meet you where you are - practically and personally. We don't just help you write a CV. We help you see your experience clearly, understand your options, and go after the next role with real energy and confidence.

Every career has a next chapter. We help you write it well.
