Our approach to AI
Every word is written by a person. No exceptions.
AI tools are everywhere right now, and plenty of CV services use them to speed things up. We don’t.
We don’t use AI to write, edit, rephrase or “polish” your CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile. We don’t use it to analyse your career history or suggest what to include. Every document we create is written by a real person who has taken the time to talk to you and understand your story.
Why it matters
An AI tool can produce something that looks like a CV. What it can’t do is notice the thing you mentioned in passing that turns out to be your strongest achievement. It can’t hear the hesitation in your voice when you talk about your career break, or help you see why that time counts. And it can’t write in a way that sounds like you.
Recruiters and hiring managers read hundreds of applications, and they’re increasingly quick to spot generic, AI-sounding copy. Your CV needs to stand out for the right reasons.
Your information stays with us
Your career history, personal details and anything you share with us in conversation are never put into AI tools of any kind. Your story is personal, and we treat it that way. You can read more about how we look after your data in our [Privacy Policy].
For businesses
If you’re working with us on outplacement support, you can be confident that your employees’ information is handled by people, not fed into third-party AI systems. We’re happy to answer any questions your HR or data protection teams may have.
